Major Investment in Kos Airport

The company that manage and run 14 of Greece’s International airports, Fraport Greece, are to invest more than 30 million euro in the development of Kos “Hippocrates” International Airport.

The plans unveiled include the construction of a new terminal, a new fire station, and the refurbishment and extension of the sewage treatment facilities.

The area of the terminal will be increased by 188%, there will be a 75% increase in check-in desks and a 125% increase in security checkpoints.
